Got referred by a current Wise employee for a designer role.
Had to chase the recruiter multiple times in the course of 4 weeks! But I finally got a call with the recruiter.
Then I got a call with a hiring director. I enjoyed the conversation and the questions. The director explicitly said it seems that it's a good fit, and he said they'll schedule the next steps.
After it in a few days I got an email from the recruiter with a standard rejection. The email said they don't provide feedback about the interviews “due to company policy”. At the end of the email they had the cheek to ask me to provide them feedback on my interview experience with them.
So I applied (via a referral) and spent my time, but they won't give me feedback, but they ask me to provide feedback to them. Thanks, but no thanks.
I think this is very unhelpful and disrespectful to candidates. Gives me no reason to ever try interviewing with Wise again.

I've seen the same job being reposted 2-3 times in the past 6 months. I'm wondering if the role is real or it's just a strategy to make the company look active.

There were multiple stages: interview with recruiter, head of design followed by a portfolio review. Everyone was friendly and the team were lovely. I thought they asked thoughtful questions during the portfolio review and were quick in their feedback.

I was suggested by the talent partner to prepare a 5-10-minute high-level walk-through of one of my portfolios. However, during the interview, I was asked to share the working Figma file which I wasn't prepared for. Then I got turned down as I wasn't able to show the iteration that they wished to see, which to me was pretty unfair.
