One of the worst interviews I ever had I interview a lot of people myself, and have been to many interviews Usually, people, including me, try to create a good atmosphere of communication, talking to the candidate, discussing solutions... not at Wise From the beginning they barely introduced themselves, just told me their names, and didn't ask anything from me... both interviewers look like they were forced to be there During the coding assignment, I kept saying what I was thinking to see if I could create a bidirectional channel of communication, but no, I had to specifically direct them to hear their voices... I often switched tabs just to make sure the connection hasn't dropped and I lost them. The question was the leetcode style that we are all used, and that has zero relevance to the role, asking if I could name the algorithm that could solve it But the worst comes next.. it was supposed to be 2 interviews, one they asked me to prepare thinking about my projects, tech stack I like, etc, that I would discuss with the team There was no second interview, I waited a bit on the call, but nobody came so I gave up
