I first had an interview with two people from Customer Support in person and then a second one with the head of Customer Support via Skype. I got feedback after the first interview quite quickly (in a few days).

The interview process is quite intense as you will have to record yourself to a series of 6 or more questions and you have some time to prepare in between each question.
The questions start with something personal and then proceed to the professional questions.

There are a couple of interviews and they want to learn about you and see if you are a good fit for the company. They are more like informal conversations.
It's always good to answer questions as well so you show interest. Also, study the company, its mission and culture.

Situational questions. Think about different types of examples and use STAR method to prepare yourself for the interview. S = Situation (The example for the question) / T= Task (What did you have to accomplish?)/ A= Action (What and how did you do it or solve the problem?)/ R = Result (What was the outcome? What did you learn from it?)
Questions are about customer service experience, such as how to deal with a difficult customer to scenarios of working on a team or giving and receiving feedback.

Very kind people, lots of fun. I agree that this style might not be for everyone, but I really enjoyed the unexpected questions and felt like they actually wanted to get to know me.
