I met with two nice women. They asked me first thing why I want to join Transferwise and I already knew from reading the founder's interview that something like 'Its a wonderful revolutionary company' is not good enough of an answer but I couldnt figure out what would be. So I gave the same answer. From their leading questions I figured out what the right answer was but it was already too late. Right answer is anything like "I want to join Transferwise because I can help them with ... " or something similar pointing out what you can bring to them. Good luck figuring it out.
