I’m very disappointed with this company’s recruiting process. I completed four interview rounds successfully. I spoke with two different recruiters, but they gave inconsistent feedback and even mixed up the steps I completed—at one point claiming I had a team-matching interview, which never happened. One of them told me you are fit for IC2, another said we are sorry we are not considering you even IC2. For the software engineer role, I was told I wasn’t a fit after the product sense interview. I spent a month and a half on this process. Their approach just was an excuse and I have never disappointed like this.
