Had initial stages of the interview, found them enjoyable. Was then sent a task to complete. The quality of task and questions could be better and some were quite ambigous. After completing and sending the task - never heard back, no feedback either.

The interview process began with a first-stage conversation with a peer, which was constructive and informative. It gave a good initial impression of the team dynamics and culture. The second stage involved preparing and submitting a detailed presentation to be reviewed by the hiring manager. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to present or discuss the content directly, which meant there was no chance to demonstrate my thinking, provide context, or answer questions. Despite investing significant time and effort into the presentation, the process felt one-sided and ultimately ended in a rejection without meaningful engagement. This experience left me with the impression that the process may be more focused on gathering ideas and insights from diverse candidates than on genuinely evaluating talent. While it’s understandable that hiring processes vary, the lack of interaction and feedback calls into question how candidates’ efforts are valued. It raised concerns about the company’s underlying values and approach to candidate experience.
