I had interviewed for entry level job as PHP developer in-campus in Sept, 2016. On day 1, the pre-placement talk was followed by an aptitude test which was to test candidates for three roles: PHP - SQL developer, a business development role and content writer. The pen and paper test was an amalgam of logical questions, quants, coding questions and behavioral questions (they give you a situation). I passed the test. Though, if my memory serves me right, there were some syntactical errors in my code but I do think I did very well answer the business related situational questions. On Day 2, shortlisted candidates were called. After some odd six long hours, my turn came and I was asked to introduce myself. This was my first interview so I was fumbling too much (which interviewer also pointed out to me later). It started off as resume-based interview but I failed to produce expected fundamental answers about my projects and after some technical questions which were followed by logical puzzles, my day was called; I didn't get to go for further technical rounds.
