You apply online, you make your follow-up phone call, then you're in a one-on-one interview either in the store or at a restaurant nearby.

When would you say is a time at work you showed a high level of responsibility?
Quick interview with the store manager, simple questions. Very casual, interview was conducted in store during store hours where customers were present which was a little awkward. 2nd interview was at a coffee shop with owner where they asked me to sell them a napkin.

Entrevista
2 Interviews. 1st is with the manager, 2nd is with the district manager and store manager. The first interview is getting to know one another and why you would be the best fit for the position and 2nd interview is reiterating the first interview. Might ask situational questions.

The manager was very up front about what is required and expected. Doesn’t sugar coat and allows you to make an informed decision. When I started, I was already prepared for what the position would entail.
