The interview was very smooth, had to complete two rounds, actually three. One with the HR who was very sweet and professional, next with the creative team, two people and then with the CEO who didn’t seem to care to much about whatever I was talking about, was weirdly on the phone every now and then when I answered, and the pay being offered to me was very very low according to me, and they are very stringent about their leave policy, about 2.5 days off in a month, felt very very limited to work in such a place, had to decline the offer
