Requirement would be generated by the indenting department. This would be run through the Director of HR for approval by the Managing Director. Once reviewed & approved by HR, the requirement would be discussed with the Managing Director and his approval would be sought. The job would be posted first on the intranet for the internal posting. In case no suitable candidate is found internally, the job would be posted at a portal and/or with a hiring agency. the hiring agency would shortlist the candidates based on the job description provided by the indenting department and forward the resume to the HR who would do a review before passing them on to the indenting department. Once the indenting department would review the resume and find the candidate suitable for the position, the candidate would be called for a preliminary discussions with the immediate superior. After the successful first round interview, there would be another interview with the department head and HR head. If the interview is for senior manager level, then there would be a short interview with the Managing Director also. The Director and above position would be referred to the board for approval.
