I was contacted by a third party recruitment company, had an initial call introducing myself. Then they sent me some coding exercises, didn not get 100% pass on all questions.

The interview process consisted of a take-home technical exercise and combination of in-person and phone interviews with the hiring team, team manager and senior management.
The technical exercise was interesting and relevant to real work, not just an abstract challenge.
The iterview with the team was a combination of some general chat, one or two easy technical questions and some questions on market-making I was less knowledgeable on but made a stab at. Did not ask anything about algorithms/data strucutres or systems architecture. One of the interviewers made me feel quite uncomforable with their tone. Team dynamic was described as "chaotic" and largely unstructured which was a worrying sign to me.
The other calls with managers was mostly me asking questions to them, felt more like I was interviewing them than the other way around!
