The interview process at Winn-Dixie was easy and straightforward. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked about my previous work experience and also inquired if I participate in any outside organizations. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience!
Mostly interested in availability and dependability , and experience working with customers . Be prepared to give personal examples of how you handled difficult situations and/or customers . Was interviewed by manager and assistant manager

It was very easy and super quick. I got hired right after. They will take anyone really. Only need simple math and customer service skills. Very good for first time jobs.
