Friendly; Impressive; Respectful; Shared similar experiences; Meeting took place on time. Manager was prepared and organized. He was friendly, smiling, and conversational which helped me to relax. His questions were in a friendly tone, not stern. He shared similar opinions and experiences (including family). He explained that his assistant manager will ask me questions on store tour and he was friendly and expressed positive attitude.

Easy. The questions were pretty straight forward and it was my first job so they trusted me to be more open when speaking to customers. It lasted maybe less than an hour and I got an offer on the spot.

Entrevista
Simple, open, engaging. Opportunity to see if the job is a good fit before committing to the job. Walked to department and they explained day to day operations as well as small things that may come up in between.
