First there was a phone interview, then an on site interview, by a few of different groups. Business, developers, then finally, the Boss. The Developers were fairly laid back, but thorough in their questions. Some questions are a bit obscure, but it appears to be a way to suss out your general level of expertise. The interview won't be the same for everyone as each manager has different needs, and development is a little bit siloed, however, you will probably be interviewed by the same devs no matter what.
