      2 stage process. 1st stage is getting to know you - your desires, motivations, what you're looking for. Then you get invited for another stage where you hit the phones. It's so they can see if you are confident in cold calling but also how you react to different scenarios

      Entrevista

      Fairly relaxed and comfortable interview with hr and a senior manager one at a time at first, then the three of us all together in the later stages. Despite being friendly and nice they weren't very professional. When mentioning any other recruitment company that I've been speaking or interviewing with they both looked at each other and laughed as if it was hilarious that I would even consider them (despite this particular business being more successful than Willing Care) and almost the exact same reaction when mentioning another who I was expecting an offer from except that this time one of them said something implying that this business is failing which I knew was false. They were not subtle at all when trying to make other recruitment companies seem awful and them being amazing which was odd behaviour from a company that specialises in recruitment and should know better than to aggressively criticize their competitors as it isn't professional, shows a lack of confidence in their business if they need to attack other businesses rather than allow their own to speak for itself and potentially is a warning of toxic office culture. They were also very out of touch with the market as the 'great' commission structure was very poor. It began to seem more obvious at this stage that they mostly focus on hiring trainee or jr level consultants who don't know any better. Even as an experienced recruiter I wouldn't begin on the percentage based commission structure but rather a fixed amount per placement until proving yourself by achieving certain billings which in a new market will take at least a few months to build your client base and have consistency which will allow you to achieve this This business seems like a puppy mill for entry level consultants, probably an ok intro to the industry but what's on offer isn't competitive with other small and large recruitment companies alike. They also expected me to come back to work for them resourcing for half a day which was weird. Work half a day for free? Another way of making you feel undervalued. Also they don't need to see an experienced recruiter doing candidate calls for a few hours, their interview and screening process should let them know that an experienced candidate can resource no problem, it's as if they don't trust their own ability to hire experienced consultants which is another reason why I believe that they don't like bringing in experienced hires left they let the others know what else is available out there. After being invited to the resourcing day I declined saying that I had accepted another offer. The truth is that I wouldn't want to work here even though the people seemed nice.
