I applied for this position via referral. The interview was casual and lasted for about 20 minutes, consisting of an explanation of the job requirements as well as questions about my qualifications and personality. The second part involved a short tour of the store. Afterwards, he hired me on the spot for a more-involved (i.e. critical thinking required) stock associate position. Overall, it was a very easy and smooth process.

Easy and quick. Asked the person at the front and was offered a job within the hour. There were two different people that I interacted with; the first was the manager and the second was the manager of the manager.

Very friendly and casual. It was for a seasonal job that then led on to a regular position. Because of the seasonal need I could walk into the store and hand over my resume. I received a day and time to come in for an actual interview.
