easy and quick they definitely want to hire people quick since it’s a job where a lot of people come and go. but they are generally courteous and polite with the questions and they stay on track with making sure you can fit in the role they’re hiring for.

Competency questions, pretty standard very easy as long as you are flexible to do hours and compliant. Knowledge of sports is highly useful but not a deal breaker at all
