Over the phone interview, then a zoom interview and then a in person interview. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone did a good job at explaining their role at Willamette and explaining what my role would be as well.

The interview process was very good. They were flexible with me on when I was able to come in for an interview. They were also very thorough and wanted me to meet a dentist that is part of their team as well. They were all very kind and helpful. They had good communication between interview steps. They offered me the position soon after my interview date. I had an overall pleasant experience with everyone I worked with and the process of interviewing and hiring.
