I was given an interview after proactively emailing the office to ask if there was a vacancy. The interview was quickly arranged and I found the whole process fairly straight forward. The interviewer was very friendly and maintained a more casual front. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

I was impressed by the structured approach to the WRD interview. Some interviews just involve a general chat or discussion, however the two people I met at WRD had a (relatively relaxed) form with a series of questions which I feel gave me some good opportunities to demonstrate my experience and competencies. Both people also came across very friendly, and very interested in my personality and background.
