Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Wiley (West Palm Beach, FL) en jun 2022

      Entrevista

The interviews started off very well. First, I spoke with a member of HR, then the research department lead. The questions were simple and easy to answer. A majority of the questions involved my previous work history. The last interview was with the director, who was late and had noise in the background most of the time, which I was willing to overlook. The director also seemed unprepared and didn’t seem as knowledgeable of her department as hoped. I assumed that she was new to the position. What frustrated me was that after multiple interviews, I received no information or even a rejection. I asked for a follow-up from HR, and they said they were still doing interviews after two weeks. I still didn’t hear anything after that. After taking the time to prepare for multiple interviews and sending work samples, it would be common courtesy to inform those who did not get selected. It comes off as unprofessional, disrespectful, and lazy. I expect to be ghosted by a Tinder date, not by a well-known company for which I held such high standards.
