The Education Services division is notorious for putting candidates through multiple rounds of interviews. I had 8 before I received an offer and that is the norm. They were a mix of phone and in-person interviews with HR, the immediate supervisor, higher ups, and co-workers.

Submitted an application and heard back from recruiter the following day. Had a 30 minute screening with a recruiter the following week. Basically just reviewed previous experience on resume. Did not move forward as the budget for position was significantly lower than salary expectations, which was surprising given it was lower than the reported salaries for the same position on other sites.
