Applied online. Phone screen where they want to find out about your travel experience ( how much you've traveled etc ) then an in person interview and a second interview after that. They were very unorganized. Happy I didn't get an offer because I don't think I would have accepted it. Also, they ghost the people they invite for interviews ( this happened to me and a friend who also interviewed there)
