I went in and sat down with the Materials Manager. We went over my job history, what the company does, what my role would be, and took a short tour of the facility. At the end of the manager's question session, he allowed me the chance to ask questions as well. I was given a very specific time frame that they would be making the decision. I actually found out I got the position within 24 hours, which was much shorter than the time frame I was told.
