A long series of one on one interviews with individual engineers and managers. It's the longest interview process I've ever experienced. Overall, I enjoyed getting to meet and talk with so many of the existing engineers. The interviews were all conducted via google hangouts video calls as I was applying for a remote position. Once I got hired I had to fly to San Francisco for a two week orientation at the main office. During this time I was put up in a nice hotel near the office and assigned a temporary desk with a bare minimum of equipment.
