Had a good screener with the recruiter and got moved to the next round pretty quickly, which I appreciated. A few days before the interview, I emailed to see if it was possible to reschedule because something came up. I didn’t hear back, so I made arrangements to attend at the original time anyway. Then, just an hour before the interview, it got canceled with no explanation — and I haven’t heard anything since. Things happen, but the lack of communication was frustrating, especially after the process started off strong. Makes me wonder how much longer the role will stay open if this is how they’re handling candidates. Update: I got a follow up saying they closed the role and brought in third party recruiters to help with the role.
