Two Rounds, one Round was Technical and other is HR.Technical round by the current employees under the employer and HR was done by, Director of Library Technologies. Was not that difficult and wasnt that easy.

Depending on the nature of position, you will be asked technical questions. With finance department, they tested my ability to read financial statements. Develop a good opinion with some professor. Most positions get filled without advertisement.
