Interview was scheduled one day before. at reception asked to fill forms with salary details and references. Was interviewer is busy in some meeting. it will take 2 hrs, then interviewer came just to say hello and told one of my colleague will speak to me. perhaps this person was assigned to kill some time. person was not qualified enough to take interview. he was sitting with one leg over other and leaning backward to show his superiority. he has not gone through my CV before starting discussion. Was trying to find negatives and was trying to compete with. this happens when a unqualified person try to take an interview of a more experienced candidate. discussion took around 1 hr. after some time HR came and informed your profile is on hold and interview for other candidates is scheduled.
