Initially had a conversation with the TA Manager as she found my profile on Indeed. After learning more about the role, I expressed my interest and put an official application in on the website. The next day, she was scheduling me to meet with her and the rest of the team in their Chantilly office. When I got there, the team was very welcoming and made me comfortable before diving into the questions. Interview lasted at least an hour long and HR let me know they will let me know by the end of next week. A week later, they kept their word and they offered me the position.
