I put down very difficult because I had given interview times for this position and never heard back. I then followed up when I didn't hear anything. Again, no response, and get an automated email so didn't think much of it. A few days later I get informed they were not moving forward with me. Very unprofessional, lack of communication, and could have taken the time to explain why I was no longer being considered.
