my first interview lasted about 15 minutes and the manager briefly explained the business and got to know me better and decided whether I qualify for second part of the interview process. I learnt a lot more about the business in the second stage where I was taken out to see the campaigns of the training programme. I was able to see the bigger picture and the interviewer would assess whether I had the qualities and mindset to fast track through the training programme. The third interview was based on the recommendation that was built for me by the account manager and a questionnaire I had to fill out later on.

The interview process began with a short meet and greet with the manager which then lead to a call back the next day for a trial day. The trial day consisted of a 10:30 to 8pm day and a writing out various tasks throughout the day. When we returned to the office we had to complete a questionnaire and score more or less 100% to be called back for a final interview where I then found it i got the job.
