It's way easy to crack their interview and get an offer in hand, but please beware because I had a real bad experience with them, they gave me an offer, with that offer in hand, I did put down my papers in my current organization, I was suppose to join them after my two months of notice period completion, but what came to me after 15 days was a real shock, they cancelled my offer saying that they really don't need that role in the organization, hanging me nowhere, as my current organization was in process to retain me back, I really got saved being unemployed, but it boils down to one thing company ethics and their authenticity.
