Applied online, they contacted me, I went in and had face to face interview. They asked pretty standard kind of questions for any type of customer service kind of role. Made a point of explaining that the work is unreliable due to mother nature ie when snow comes is when work is available.

I interviewed over the phone with one of the Assistant Managers. It was a very friendly conversation that covered what the role entailed and my previous experiences. The interview also had questions to do with moving to another country to work and how comfortable you'd be with that.
