Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter a couple days later. Call went great and we scheduled a face-to-face interview a week later. Found the location just fine but there’s no reception area so you walk confused into a room where everyone starts yelling for the interviewer. Interview went great and felt positive walking out. Was called back almost immediately for a 2nd interview and cancelled another interview to take it. Second interview went great, they even said “You’d be great in this position”. Followed up with a “Thank you” email and have yet to hear back over a week later. If someone doesn’t get the job at least have a standard “we’ve decided to choose another candidate” email. As good as the interviews went, they had me feeling like I was in.

Had a phone interview, then two interviews in their office. Followed up with an email and never heard anything. At least tell people yes or no after having them come there twice
