Initial call with an internal recruiter. Nice person, very friendly, but frankly knew nothing about working in product - when I asked basic questions about how many product people worked there, and what the setup of the teams/squads were - I got very vague answers. I progressed to the case study exercise which was essentially to write up a spec/ticket for adding 2FA to their driver app. I have plenty of experience in product and gave a fairly thorough spec back to them within the time they asked (2 working days). I have since had feedback to say it won't be progressing. If i'm being honest I was doing this application for practice amongst some more desirable roles, so i'm not gutted, but I found the process very strange. A fair amount of red flags, so please be sure to ask lot's of questions. If anyone has progressed past the 2FA case study, i'd be very curious what your approach was (since they provided a template with headings to use).
If they are looking for product managers, why does their exercise revolve solely around execution? Seems more like a product owner/project manager task.

Made it to the final round with the CEO who was late without apologies as other revieweres mentioned. He showed little capacity and/or willingness to hold a two-way conversation. Silly questions about the performance rating I got for the role from 6 years ago and about my GPA (UK unis don't even have the GPA system). The previous interviews up until the CEO stage were pleasant or average at least, though. The TA partner mentioned providing feedback after rejection, but ghosted in the end. Overall, the experience left me an impression that processes at the company are not really in order.
Recruiter was really nice but same can't be said of the CEO to whom I was supposed to report. Just look at all the glassdoor reviews and do a quick Google search... you'll get an idea of how everyone thinks of him. After spending 4 days on creating a 15-20 page long case study, least he could do was meet me to hear the case study solution but alas he simply rejected your 20 page long case study without even meeting candidate or providing any feedback. CEO has no work ethic and I recommend not working at his company
