I heard about the job via Big Shoes Network. I applied and scheduled a phone interview within a couple days. A week later I scheduled an in-person interview. During the in-person I met with 3 people individually. About a week and a half later I heard that they had moved forward with another candidate. The company is a small PR firm with big clients. Everyone was very warm and inviting. The questions were pretty standard. Some examples: where do you see the industry going, tell me about a project that was challenging, etc. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes and the in-person lasted 90 minutes. There was no writing test.
