The interview process was as expected for a high-growth company in the tech space. It began with a phone screen with HR, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and several other leaders within the commercial team. These are individuals I would either work with directly or be aligned with in the reporting structure. Everyone I met was highly informative and professional, yet personable and easy to converse with. After the 3rd interview, they had me complete a case study, and then offered the chance to review it with the hiring manager via a zoom call. Each interaction further solidified my desire to join Whatnot, as it was evident that everyone was passionate about their time at the company and enthusiastic about its future trajectory. The company's strong culture and the impressive caliber of the team at all levels were unmistakable.
