More of a discussion than normal Q&A. The first round was quite difficult for me because the interview process in Startups (especially Whatfix) is totally different than what I have witnessed earlier. I was reviewed on my previous performance (What all I knew from What I have done in the Past), my logical/thinking abilities (basic thought process), Understanding of the Domain and Presentation Skills.

Interview process is designed well ...First round was with HR following up with the assignment to prepare and present . Other rounds were with the top level management and few of the team members.
