You need to answer with the project management experience that you have any? If you have managment experince with direct line reports you should also point this out. At any level below a director this is a very stranfe question for any of the big four to anyone applying for advisory roles. Since I have worked as manager for one of the big four in a advisory role, the fact is that you never have direct line reports unless you are a senior manager and above. You only ever work as a project manager. If your are you may potentially as a senior manager be a Performance Manager (that is you do performance reviews) but these people are not your direct line reports, they sit report to the directors and partners. If you are asked this question the person is either attempting to find a reason not to give you the role, give them ablity to offer you a lower position (so they can reduce the base salary) or fundamentally mis-understands the position that you are being interviewed for. So it is important to be able to shut this down immeditaly, point out project management experince and line manager experience ASAP.
