Phone screening with HR rep followed a few days later by virtual interview with the two lead supervisors of the department. HR rep called back few days later, invited me to perform a mock inspection. Mock was on a Friday and I was offered the job the following Wednesday. Negotiated via email to the mid-point of the salary range described in the posting. I was also paid for the time I spent during the mock inspection
