I had two interviews. The first interview was on location with two interviewers. They were very easy to speak with as I felt comfortable; the conversation felt natural as we chatted for about 45 mins. The second interview was with the company's general manager through a Zoom call. Again, another laid back interview to get to know each other as people. We talked about role expectations and goals. If you feel nervous about an upcoming interview with Westvac, there is no need as everyone is nice and down-to-earth.
