Met with a panel of fellow librarians. Asked basic questions such as greatest challenge, age groups I like to work with, name of some favorite children's books and then a stand up performance! Was not told ahead of time to be prepared- had to stand in front of panel and perform a favorite children's song/dance/act. Standing up in front of the group was not difficult, however, it is difficult to put together a program without putting some thought and planning into it! Performance skills were not listed in the job description!
