Short, They mostly looking for customer service experience but I think they are willing to train any background. They really like to interview recent college grads, especially those in hospitality, communications, marketing , etc.

The interview was scheduled to be in person. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes to be seen. The interview felt like a conversation. I never received a call back.
