Met with hr about a role she stated that being able to pull data into a PowerPoint was a big part of the job. I was honest and said i was intermediate with that not expert, but I did have experience doing it. I sent follow up thank you and asked if there was an update and never heard from her after that. Ghosting a potential candidate is not a good look for any company.
