Interview process it's a long cycle process in WU, usually after applying you get pre-screened by HR manager, then your profile will passed into a hiring manager. Based on immediate (or not) fulfillment needs, profile will be reviewed and based on position requirements, (usually can take up to a month); an initial interview it's schedule. After first interview and due to heavy retail management, sometimes a market tour with potential candidates is also required. There, the hiring manager evaluates knowledge of retail space, business relationship management strengths and overall understanding of multi-brand/product strategy.
After all this(probably after 2 months) a final interview it's schedule with a senior leadership usually handled over the phone.
