Recruiter screen. The recruiter wasn't very knowledgeable about the Canadian team or hiring process as she is US-based so that was a bit weird to me since this was a Canada-based role. She asked me basic interview questions about my skills and experience and the next step is meeting the hiring manager and then the panel.
