I was interviewed by Director of Operations - Contracting Division after a referral from IT Manager in the company. His name was Hussain Marei. Although an Egyptian in nationality, he was fluent in English. I was interviewed in his office. He didn't provide any background information about the company during the interview. But asked me about the area of management I wished to work in. Interestingly, it was not the HR department which were involved in the interview process. The HR department just processed by hiring application - for visa and induction purposes.
