The recruiter is phenomenal. The interviews were a little intense for being a job that doesn't pay much, but pay seems to be in line with other similar colleges. I thought it was going to be a good fit because it was Hybrid work, but if you have kids, the working hours might be a little tough since they are 10-7 or 9-6. I'd love the opportunity to work with this university in the future, however. I love the vibes and company culture.
