There is a couple step interview process that is done in person. I was first contacted by an HR individual from Indiana. Before the interview, a questionnaire is required to be filled out.

Quick and easy. More of a get to know you interview rather than asking formal interview questions. although there were a few formal questions. I received the offer before I left the room.
