Your first 'interview' will be via HireVue (HV), an AI-powered one-sided video/audio recording, where you'll be asked several questions (in my case, 5, and two written), given ~60 seconds to prepare to answer each question, then record within the time limit. For the written questions, there was no time limit given; however, one was to compose a reply to a guest. Presumably, the higher quality and quicker, the better.
Personally, I found this process extremely awkward and unnatural, as there was no one/nothing to focus on (other than your own video feed), a timer counting down on your screen, and no discussion, clarification, or general back-and-forth you'd have with a human.
If successful, the second interview is with the hiring manager (most likely in person), where you'll be asked a series of behavioural-based questions; be prepared with STAR format answers.
Assuming you pass both interviews, you'll receive an offer to review. The timeline for all this can vary widely based on their needs and next training class; however, from the time the posting closes until a job offer is likely to be 2-4+ weeks. The start date could be an additional 2-4 weeks away.
