Initial telephone chat with Anna who asked why I thought I was suitable for the role. Second interview with client services then a third interview with specific webcasting team directors in the US. Each person I “virtually” met with (all done via webex) was polite, professional, and above all welcoming, and made me feel like I would be wanted and valued in the organisation.

The interview process at Intrado was great compared to some other companies that I was interviewing with. Everyone involved in the process was personable and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person besides my skill set. I am grateful to have found a good culture fit where I can learn and grow in my role.

Entrevista
The interview was scheduled with the hiring manager shortly after being notified she was interested. Interview was friendly and efficient. I'd worked with the company as a client so we were able to move directly to position requirements instead of spending time on skills and employment history.
